1. OUR SERVICESTower Digital provides website design and related digital services for businesses. The scope, features and price of each project will be based on the package or services agreed to before work begins.Our standard website package is priced from R5,000 and includes a professionally designed one-page website, mobile-responsive design, basic SEO setup, a contact form, social media links, image optimisation, two rounds of revisions and full website ownership at handover.2. PROJECT START AND CLIENT CONTENTWork will be scheduled once the required deposit has been received and Tower Digital has received the information and content required to complete the website.This may include your business information, written content, logo, images, contact details and any other material relevant to the project.Delays in providing required content, information, approvals or feedback may delay the completion of your website.3. TURNAROUND TIMEMost standard one-page websites can be designed and built within approximately one week once the required deposit, content and project information have been received.Turnaround times are estimates and may vary where a project requires additional functionality, content or services, or where information, approval or feedback is delayed.4. REVISIONSThe standard website package includes two rounds of revisions before final handover.A revision round consists of a consolidated set of reasonable changes to the agreed website design and content.Additional revision rounds, substantial changes to the original brief, new functionality or work outside the agreed project scope may be quoted and charged separately.5. PAYMENTA 50% deposit is required before work on your website begins. The remaining balance is due once the website has been completed and approved, and before final handover.Work will only be scheduled once the deposit has been received and all required content and project information have been provided.Any additional services or work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and quoted separately before additional charges are incurred.Tower Digital reserves the right to withhold final handover, transfer or publication of the completed website until all outstanding amounts have been paid in full.6. CANCELLATIONS AND DEPOSITSIf you choose to cancel your project before work has begun, please contact Tower Digital as soon as possible.Once work on the project has commenced, the deposit may be used to cover work already completed and any costs incurred by Tower Digital. Where the value of work completed is less than the deposit paid, any refund will be considered based on the work completed and any non-refundable costs already incurred.Any third-party costs incurred specifically for your project may be non-refundable.7. DOMAIN AND HOSTINGDomain registration and website hosting are separate from the standard website design fee unless specifically stated otherwise in your quotation or agreement.If you already have a domain or hosting service, Tower Digital may assist with connecting your new website where reasonably possible.If you do not have a domain or hosting service, we can guide you through selecting, registering and setting them up.Ongoing domain registration, hosting and related third-party fees remain the client's responsibility unless an ongoing service has specifically been agreed with Tower Digital.8. WEBSITE OWNERSHIPOnce the project has been completed, all agreed fees have been paid and the website has been handed over, you will have ownership and control of the completed website, subject to any rights or licence terms applying to third-party platforms, software, fonts, images, plugins or other materials used in the website.Any third-party licences, subscriptions or services required for the continued operation of the website remain subject to the terms of their respective providers.9. CLIENT-PROVIDED CONTENTYou are responsible for ensuring that any text, logos, photographs, graphics, trademarks or other material you provide to Tower Digital may lawfully be used on your website.Tower Digital is not responsible for copyright, trademark, privacy or other claims arising from materials supplied by the client.You are also responsible for ensuring that information you provide for publication on your website is accurate and appropriate for your business.10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICESWebsites may rely on third-party platforms and services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, email services, analytics tools, social media platforms, plugins or other integrations.Tower Digital cannot guarantee the continued availability, functionality or performance of services provided by third parties and is not responsible for changes, outages, price increases, discontinued services or failures outside our reasonable control.11. WEBSITE CARE AND ADDITIONAL SERVICESAfter handover, you may manage and update your website yourself or request additional assistance from Tower Digital.Website support, logo design, copywriting, Google Business setup, advertising and marketing services, review automation and other additional services are separate from the standard website package unless specifically included in your quotation.Additional services may be subject to separate pricing, payment terms or ongoing fees.12. PROJECT DELAYS AND INACTIVITYTower Digital reserves the right to pause a project where required content, information, payment, approval or feedback has not been provided within a reasonable period.Any agreed completion date may be adjusted where delays are caused by outstanding client information, content, approvals or feedback.Where a project remains inactive for an extended period, Tower Digital may require the project to be rescheduled before work resumes.13. WEBSITE PERFORMANCE AND RESULTSTower Digital will take reasonable care in designing and building your website but cannot guarantee specific commercial results from its use.We do not guarantee a particular level of website traffic, enquiries, leads, sales, search-engine rankings or other business results.Search engines, advertising platforms, social networks and other third-party services determine their own rankings, performance and policies.14.
